• Rentals are two (2) night minimum stay
• No smoking/No pets; to honor guests with allergies

• Entire house rental @ $275/night ($1750/week) + 4% bed tax
• Linens (towels and bedding are not included in rate. They can be provided at extra cost
• Maximum of eight (8) overnight guests

Option #2: Bed & Breakfast Rental (room or rooms)

• Respective room rates + 4% bed tax + 8% sales tax
• Linens (towels and bedding) are included in room rate
• Continental breakfast is included in room rate
• King size bedroom with full bathroom @ $120/night = $134.40
• Queen size bedroom with full bathroom @ $105/night = $117.60
• Twin size bedroom with shared bathroom @ $90/night (only rented in concert with queen size bedroom) = $100.80

• Payment to be by cash, person check, or via "Pay Pal" account
• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon "booking" agreement (applied to 1st night's rental)
• The remainder of 1st night's rental is due 30 days prior to rental date
