- Farm House on 25 acres amongst grape vineyards
- Full service living room, dining room, and kitchen
- 1st Floor: Bedroom (queen size bed) & full bathroom
- 2nd Floor: 3 Bedrooms (king size, queen, twin beds) & 2 full bathrooms
- Three bedrooms are air conditioned. Ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms
- Four (4) person hot tub on patio
- Outdoor seating tables & chairs + gas grill
- Magnificent views of Seneca Lake
- Rentals are two night minimum stay
- No smoking/ No pets; to honor guests with allergies
Rates & Options:
Option #1: Entire House (Vacation Rental Status)
- Entire house rental @ $275/night ($1,750/week) + 4% bed tax
- Linens (towels and bedding) are not included in rate. They can be provided at extra cost
- Maximum of eight (8) overnight guests
Option #2: Bed & Breakfast Rental (room or rooms)
- Respective room rates + 4% bed tax + 8% sales tax
- Linens (towels and bedding) are included in room rate
- Continental breakfast is included in room rate
- King Size bedroom with full bathroom @ $120/night
- Queen Size bedroom with full bathroom @ $105/night
- Twin Size bedroom with shared bathroom @ $90/night (only rented in concert with queen size bedroom)
Payment Terms:
- Payment to be by cash, personal check, or via "Pay Pal" account
- A deposit of 50% total stay will be required no later than four (4) weeks prior to first day of stay
- A one week or longer stay will require a signed rental agreement, to be provided when applicable
- Check-in time = 3:00 PM; Check-out time = 10:00 AM
